Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services by designing, executing, and maintaining a comprehensive testing strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and industry regulations. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex applications
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, and Robot Framework
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing
  • Validate compliance with industry regulations, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, HIPAA, and ISO 13485
  • Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and regulatory teams to understand requirements and ensure compliance
Essential Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analysis skills with a tenacious attention to detail
  • Agile Testing, Testing Lifecycle knowledge & Scrum Methodologies
  • Working with any Test Management Tools like HP ALM, Jira , Xray, Zephyr , IBM Rational , TestRail / TestMo
  • Advanced skills in Manual & Automation Testing (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress , RobotFramework, Java, PlayWright)
  • Performance Testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • API Testing & Automation design
  • Risk-Based Testing (FMEA, ALCOA+ Data Integrity)
Desired Experience:
  • 5+ years of working experience with at least one or more year implementing or testing applications in the clinical research/trials domain
  • Software development experience
  • Automation using Java /Selenium, Python , Cypress, Playwright is a plus , Bdd /Cucumber is a plus
  • Robotframework , JMeter knowledge is a plus
