We are seeking a highly skilled Palo Alto Network Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced network engineer to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewalls and be able to design, install, and configure them to ensure optimal security and performance.
They will also be responsible for providing expert-level support to internal teams and clients regarding Palo Alto hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting VPN solutions and leading the design and installation of Palo Alto firewalls.
In addition, they will create and maintain detailed documentation for installations, configurations, and security policies, facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams, and resolve critical issues during production outages and emergencies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and upgrading of client Palo Alto firewall solutions and associated networking devices to maintain optimal security and performance.
- Possess extensive knowledge of protocols and deployment methodologies for Palo Alto firewalls.
- Provide expert-level support to internal teams and clients regarding Palo Alto hardware and software.
- Skilled in troubleshooting VPN solutions, including GlobalProtect.
- Lead the design, installation, and configuration of Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for installations, configurations, and security policies.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams on firewall management and security protocols.
- Resolve critical issues during production outages and emergencies efficiently.
- Conduct proactive assessments and reviews of client network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in utilizing Wireshark and other protocol analysis tools.
