Azure Data Engineer Position

As a seasoned Azure data professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data storage solutions using Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Blob Storage.

Data Integration and ETL Solutions
  • Develop and manage ETL processes using Azure Data Factory to efficiently clean, transform, and load data into Data Lakes.
Big Data and Analytics Expertise
  • Utilize big data technologies like Azure Databricks and Apache Spark for data processing and analytics.
  • Create data processing workflows and pipelines to support data analytics and machine learning applications.
Design and Maintain Data Pipelines
  • Design, construct, and maintain data pipelines to combine large, complex datasets that meet business requirements.
Optimize and Monitor Data Systems
  • Implement effective metrics and monitoring processes to ensure data quality and system performance.
  • Identify and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to address data-related technical issues and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance data system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data engineering and a strong background in Azure technologies. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data storage solutions using Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Ensure efficient data cleaning, transformation, and loading into Data Lakes.
