As a relationship manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and helping them achieve their financial objectives. Your role will entail developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of HNI/TPP clients and achieve targets for individual PBG growth across TPP (40%). This will involve working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Ensure absolute level targets are met, measured by achievement over target. You will need to regularly review client performance and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- Meet banking targets individually (10%) and focus on defined income objectives. This will involve identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue those opportunities.
- Ensure base penetration with all relevant products. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Meet customer level profitability objectives (10%). You will need to regularly review client performance and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- Minimum objectives of Rs 1,00,000 per customer from 75% of the self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM.
- AUM Growth objectives to be met self and team (10%). This will involve working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Minimum objective 10% growth in AUM for self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM.
- Client sign on objectives as defined by Business Head (10%). You will need to regularly review client performance and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- Minimum client sign on objectives as defined by RH/BH including new to bank clients to be achieved.
- Focus to ensure conversions from existing bank clients by offering PBG services to other eligible managed clients.
- Good understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS and Asset products - CC, OD, TL, Export Finance.
- Self-starter, Understanding of financial markets and economic trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex client requirements.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Current account Acquisition, Product & Processes, Trade & Forex & other current account related products.
