We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking tailored to our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in front office and teller areas to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Implement TCF principles in daily dealings with customers.
- Contribute to improving productivity in the branch and maintaining branch hygiene standards.
- Ensure positive customer experiences and manage complaints, escalations, leadership, teamwork, and mutual respect.
- Be vigilant for unusual activity and report it promptly.
- Support anti-money laundering (AML) initiatives and attend AML-related training.
- Understand regulatory guidelines and adhere to internal AML and sanctions policies.
- Graduate with 2 years of experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of Branch Operations and Processes.
- Sound knowledge of customer service requirements.
