Lead Transactions in a Dynamic Consulting Firm

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead complex transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality financial reports and review junior team members' work.
  • Manage smaller assignments independently or assist on larger ones under Partner supervision.
  • Build credibility with clients and represent Transaction Services in deal discussions.
  • Maintain professional networks for future business opportunities.
  • Support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff.
  • Ensure risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards.
  • Contribute to team morale and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant degree.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients.
