Humanoid robotics is an emerging field focused on developing intelligent robots that mimic human appearance and behavior. The pursuit of creating humanoid robots has sparked significant interest in recent years, driven by the potential to address labor shortages and improve productivity.

In this context, our company is building humanoid robots in France as a solution to tackle labor gaps and design cost-effective alternatives. Our goal is to develop reliable and efficient robots that can perform complex tasks with precision.

The Robotics Engineer will play a crucial role in achieving this objective. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing locomotion strategies for humanoid and wheeled humanoid robots.
  • Designing and implementing algorithms for balance, gait generation, and stability control.
  • Collaborating with the mechanical and electronics team to integrate locomotion into the full humanoid system.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong foundation in control theory, optimal control, or reinforcement learning. Familiarity with robotics simulation tools, physics engines, or related frameworks is also essential.

You will work closely with a small, high-performance team on core development of humanoid robots. We offer flexible setup, remote-first working arrangements, and access to our Paris workshop. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with growing industrial and academic partners.
