Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

Experience:

  • The role is remote-first, but requires occasional travel to client locations in the Middle East during project phases.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) specialist with a strong background in Oracle EBS R12 HCM. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core HR and payroll functionalities, as well as exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules.
  2. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  3. Preparing functional design documents and coordinating with technical teams for customizations.
  4. Assisting in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
  6. Providing ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules.
  • Strong expertise in core HR and payroll functionalities.
  • Working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be an immediate joiner.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
