The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage various aspects of the organization's operations, focusing on providing quotes for Group Health and Group PA services to clients with a high volume of lives.

A key aspect of this job is managing multiple registers, including quote and placement registers, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing cases with high loss-making potential, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures.

Effective communication is essential in this role, as the candidate will need to prepare and present reports to management and internal audits.

Technical skills play a crucial role in this position, requiring expertise in Excel, data analysis, and presentation development using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include:
