Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Tower Service Specialist.

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of automation systems and chlorine dioxide machines at customer sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect the performance of automation systems and chlorine dioxide machines, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Install and commission new automation systems and chlorine dioxide machines, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance to maximize efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and chlorine dioxide machines, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
