As a Senior Experience Engineer, you'll be working as part of an agile team with other passionate, driven, and talented people, creating innovative solutions for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing interactive web-based, mobile, and/or desktop applications using best practices to deliver high value and quality.

Your Impact:

  • Technical end-to-end design for stories by collaborating with business analysts, technical architects, and clients
  • Implement stories end-to-end, which includes frontend development, caching, and service orchestration using test-driven development and best engineering practices
  • Automate testing at unit, module, and integration levels as needed using tools like Jest and Enzyme
  • Focus on quality by implementing logging, calling out technical debt, and meeting KPIs using code quality tools
  • Mentor junior engineers in reviewing code, guiding technical decision-making, and automating redundant work
Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience on frontend technologies
  • Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript features
  • Good understanding of creational and structural design patterns in JavaScript
  • Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and universal rendering capabilities
  • Understanding of React, its core principles, lifecycle methods, virtual DOM, and state management
  • Understanding of one-way data flow, Flux architecture, and stateful vs stateless components
  • Core understanding of how React's state management works out of the box
  • Thorough understanding of Webpack bundler (version 2+)
  • Good understanding of Web Components standard and building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
  • Hands-on experience with frontend performance optimization, including resource loading strategy, CPU/Memory profiling, and test-driven development
  • Experience using fluid grids and responsive/adaptive websites using Bootstrap etc.
  • Understanding of SEO and accessibility in the development workflow
