As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the user interface of our AI-powered platform using ReactJS. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to create responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications that delight users and drive business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • UI Development: Architect and build engaging, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Component Design: Develop modular, reusable components and manage state efficiently using tools such as Redux or Context API.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize front-end performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
  • Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs seamlessly into the UI.
  • Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests (e. g., with Jest, React Testing Library) and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Collaboration & Agile: Work in an agile, cross-functional team environment, contributing to sprint planning, technical discussions, and design reviews.
  • User-Centric Design: Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional applications, ensuring accessibility and a polished user experience.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our front-end architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development using ReactJS.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (or TypeScript) and modern ES6+ features.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e. g., Redux, Context API, MobX).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, browser rendering, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with consuming RESTful/GraphQL APIs and working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with version control systems (e. g., Git) and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc. ).
  • Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks for server-side rendering.
  • Familiarity with UI component libraries (e. g., Material-UI, Ant Design).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end projects.
  • A keen eye for design and experience collaborating with UX/UI teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for cross-browser compatibility.
