Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex data integration challenges across various financial systems
  • Collaborate with founders to deliver features from concept to reality
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in backend software engineering
  • A builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Top-tier university background
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infrastructure
