Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead and manage projects from design conceptualization to final project handover.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects planning and execution. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing project designs with detailed drawings and BOQs, as well as representing the design ideas with confidence in speech and technical presentations to clients.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
  • 10-13+ years of experience in a similar industry
  • Foreign school of education or work experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Develop project designs with detailed drawings and BOQs
  • Represent the design ideas with confidence in speech and technical presentations to clients
