Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Timekeeping Specialist to support our healthcare workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for timekeeping and scheduling systems.
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, time rules, and rotational schedules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, system rules, and integrations.
  • Participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of ERP experience in timekeeping and scheduling system support.
  • Functional knowledge of Workday Timekeeping (or equivalent systems).
  • Prior experience with ShiftWizard or similar workforce scheduling tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with badge systems and healthcare workforce compliance regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
