Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building and maintaining scalable data models using dbt.
  • Collaboration with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources is a must.
  • Maintaining data quality and consistency across all datasets is crucial for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable data models using tools like dbt.
  2. Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources.
  3. Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets.
  4. Work closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  5. Implement and maintain data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity.
  6. Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability.
  7. Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.
  8. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
