Procurement Manager Job Description

In this key role, you will oversee end-to-end procurement processes for various vendors and purchase orders. Your focus will be on driving savings and vendor consolidation to maximize business efficiency.

  • You will place purchase orders with suppliers based on predefined criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and lead efforts to consolidate vendors.
  • Collaborate with procurement managers to develop RFPs and source qualified vendors.
  • Onboard new vendors and service providers to our organization.
  • Partner with procurement teams to create catalog pricing books.
  • Execute the procurement of goods and services based on approved PRs or demand forecasts.
  • Monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee the procure-to-pay process and address any related concerns.
  • Maintain all tasks related to procurement agreements.
