Job Title: Enterprise Data Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Data Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our professional services group, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with the implementation and maintenance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure our software products in customer environments
  • Manage and maintain software products in customer environments
  • Develop and manage custom reports for customers using data from our software
  • Integrate software with other applications and processes within customer environments
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional services position in a client/server software environment
  • Strong understanding of storage hardware and software, including NAS and Object systems
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience creating complex reports and dashboards using Kibana, Tableau, or PowerBI
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure
  • Able to influence and drive change across the organisation
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
