Job Description:

As a liaison officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless regulatory compliance across all clinic locations.

  • Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC/Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license.

Key responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with municipal corporations, state health departments, fire department, urban development authorities, local statutory bodies, police, nodal officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.

Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications, maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location, handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities, and ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
