Job Overview :
We are seeking an expert Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and high-quality AEM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, along with solid skills in backend and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and deploy efficient AEM architectures for large-scale projects.
- Develop and customize AEM components using various tools such as Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.
- Oversee the smooth deployment, migration, workflows, replication, and performance optimization of AEM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality results on time.
- Implement best practices for scalability, security, maintainability, and performance optimization in AEM solutions.
- Lead CI/CD implementation using tools like Maven and Jenkins for seamless code integration and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support consulting engagements as needed.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex issues promptly and deliver timely solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of experience in software development with significant expertise in AEM.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms deployment & migration, as well as a deep understanding of AEM architecture and workflows.
- Proficiency in Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries, Sightly (HTL), and Sling Models.
- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
- Solid background in backend development using Java EE, JSP, and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with build and deployment tools such as Maven and Jenkins.
- Excellent problem-solving, client-handling, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple consulting engagements effectively.
