Job Summary:

We are looking for an expert in AI and psychometrics to join our R&D team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical skills with your knowledge of human behavior to design innovative assessment tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using generative AI tools, knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation, as well as excellent project management and organisational skills.

The role involves designing and integrating AI-based programs, building and maintaining AI-driven personalised programs, collaborating with data science teams, and contributing to the full lifecycle of assessment creation and validation.

As part of our multicultural and agile environment, you will work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and integrate AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
  • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
