Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our flagship mobile franchise. You will work independently to develop and execute tests on new features, tools, and game content.

This is a demanding role that requires curiosity, precision, and a strong sense of ownership. You will identify risks quickly, cut through complexity, and bring clarity to fast-moving scenarios.

Key responsibilities include ensuring software functionality, creating test plans, documenting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reproducing complex issues, generating QA documentation, and identifying gaps in test coverage.

LiveOps QA Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and stability of live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events before and after they go live, covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
Feature QA Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray.
  • Execute tests across environments: Dev, Stage, Prod, Hotfix.
  • Validate feature branches and conduct bug research.
Requirements

Must have:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art).
  • Experience with mobile or web-based games or apps.

Nice to have:

  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games.
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content.
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks.
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting for regression optimization.
