We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead our team of developers in crafting enterprise-grade solutions. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring they deliver high-quality code and adhere to best practices. You'll provide hands-on technical leadership by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

To excel in this position, you'll need strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development, as well as hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices. Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration is also essential, along with experience working with messaging systems like JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis.

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Evaluate the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
  • Use tools and technologies including Spring Cloud and Spring Integration as part of the distributed systems architecture.
