Job Description:

Sr. AEM Author Role

With 5+ years of experience, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing AEM authoring tasks, organizing digital assets, ensuring SEO best practices, and performing quality assurance on web pages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage content creation, updates, and optimizations to meet business goals.
  • Maintain a digital asset management system for efficient asset retrieval and utilization.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content structure and metadata to improve online visibility.
  • Perform quality assurance on web pages to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
  • Create testing checklists for content quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes effectively.
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, content fragments, and experience fragments to enhance content management capabilities.
  • Audit content for SEO compliance and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Support content migration processes and AEM Cloud initiatives to ensure seamless transitions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author with expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher) authoring, taxonomy, and DAM.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and implementation within AEM to drive online success.
  • Proven QA experience with checklist creation and maintenance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments to enhance content management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management to drive engaging user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration processes to ensure seamless transitions.
