Senior Print Media Production Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Print Media Production Specialist to lead the operations of our graphic design & quality control team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating production-ready assets for digital and print media, as well as strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of designers and QAs that create production-ready assets for digital and print media.
  • Create an open and friendly environment to work in.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment by:

  • Overseeing the production process for all print media materials.
  • Ensuring all design projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects.

Maintain rigorous quality control processes by:

  • Implementing regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Addressing any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.

Enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success by:

  • Developing and implementing strategic design operations plans.
  • Helping execute standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Act as a primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests by:

  • Having effective English communication skills (written and oral).

Manage and prioritize project resources, including team, and timelines by:

  • Ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content.
  • Strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes.
  • Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
