As a seasoned expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM), you will lead project teams and oversee the implementation of BIM across various disciplines. Your technical expertise in Architectural, Structural, and MEP domains, combined with your proactive approach to training and client interactions, will ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects, allocating resources efficiently, tracking progress, and monitoring revenue.
  • Supporting project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ensuring optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and financial objectives.
  • Monitoring and reviewing project leads' updates to track project status accurately.
  • Leading BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Delivering high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinating with international project teams and consultants for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Managing project workflows, allocating tasks effectively, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Overseeing the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
