Job Description

You will make a significant impact by effectively managing and monitoring business travelers, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and compliance issues surrounding mobility, including tax, employment law, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of international mobile work travel applications, streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Engage in visa application processes for business visas, closely monitoring requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Evaluate payroll and non-payroll assignment and relocation components to provide accurate instructions to payroll and reporting teams.
  • Partner with vendors to deliver seamless services to customers, including relocation, immigration, and tax providers.
  • Compile monthly and year-end compensation reports, guaranteeing timely delivery of payroll inputs according to established cut-off dates.
  • Maintain the accuracy and currency of Assignment management tool databases, facilitating optimal performance.
  • Develop and review assignment documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with case managers to continuously assess operational processes and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years' experience in global mobility, preferably in immigration or assignment management/service.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across geographic locations.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow.
  • The capacity to manage confidential information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
