Senior Property Acquisition and Management Specialist

We are a commercial real estate investment organization with operations in Bengaluru, India. Our goal is to maximize investor returns through strategic property acquisition, enhancement, management, and disposition across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of asset-related data, including property information and financial transactions.
- Organize and store asset-related documents, such as property deeds and insurance policies.
- Prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance and ticket activity.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings and identifying contractors.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including property managers and leasing agents.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
