Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist - Vulnerability Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our systems and networks.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cybersecurity specialists perform regular vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and validate results for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to coordinate remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Track and report on remediation progress, escalating high-risk findings as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support patch management processes and assist with configuration baseline enforcement to maintain robust cybersecurity posture.
  • Maintain vulnerability dashboards and prepare regulatory compliance reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide L2-level technical support and mentorship to junior teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Assist in defining security hardening guidelines and vulnerability baselines to ensure comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Engage with Security Operations and L3 teams for critical issue resolution, leveraging strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to analyze complex problems.
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across security and IT teams, fostering collaborative relationships and driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Leverage expertise in networking, firewalls, OS, and app security to drive innovation and improvement in our security practices.
Requirements:
  • Two to four years of experience in IT security or vulnerability management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
