IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various software components.

This role will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyze system performance, and ensure applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A: Design and customize SAP WM processes with experience in decentralized WM and lean WM procedures.
  • B: Strong understanding of 3PL WM processes and proficiency in EDI communications between SAP and 3PL systems.
  • C: Excellent experience in monitoring and resolving IDoc errors, interface issues, and ensuring seamless data exchange with external logistics partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A: Configuring and testing warehouse processes in SAP WM using RF deploy expertise.
  • B: Customizing RF process skills.
  • C: Ability to write functional specifications for customization and explain to ABAP technical teams.
  • D: Troubleshooting and resolving WM/MM related problems/failures.
  • E: Excellent performance and organizational skills, self-driven, results-oriented, and someone who takes ownership, high external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP Warehouse management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A full-time education of 15 years is required.
