Graphic Designer Position

This is a full-time remote Graphic Designer position. Our company seeks a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging content across digital and print media. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating impactful designs while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and scalability.

  • Design high-quality graphics (social media posts, ads, banners, branding assets)
  • Transform brand guidelines into innovative visual stories across platforms
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop campaign ideas
  • Optimize creatives for different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging content formats
  • Integrate AI tools into the creative process to boost efficiency and innovation (e.g., AI-generated visuals)

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Graphics software and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, figma)
  • Strong aesthetic sense—layout, typography, color theory
  • Familiarity with digital media formats and social platform specs
  • Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar
  • Ability to balance creativity with speed and brand alignment
