As a Visual Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process, contributing to every stage from researching and conceptualizing to designing reusable templates, tweaking pixels, and beyond.

Your day-to-day is never the same: Fast-paced, often fun, and never boring.

  • You will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design solutions for advertising campaigns across various channels and formats.
  • You are responsible for designing and producing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet clients' needs and standards.
  • You will create reusable templates and design guidelines that can be easily adapted for future campaigns.
  • You are expected to continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the quality of the creatives.
  • You will work closely with account teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

To succeed in this role, you need

  • Experience in an ad agency or similar environment, with an impressive portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in creating ad banners.
  • A good eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills, along with a sense of design, illustration, layout, typography, line composition, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with key design-related software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Previous work on website graphics, branding, motion graphics, animation, and video is a plus.
  • A portfolio that proves your passion for design.
  • Collaborative and effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, or other related areas.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
