A structural design professional with a strong background in 3D modeling and 2D production drawings, responsible for managing the BIM workflow and collaborating with engineers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D models that meet industry guidelines and company standards.
- Clearly document and detail 2D production drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the BIM workflow, including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals.
- Manage and maintain structural BIM/CAD files for use in structural design drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modeling content and approaches.
- 0-3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery.
- Strong knowledge and expertise with Revit software, with the ability to utilize its features effectively.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software, with the ability to adapt to changing design requirements.
- Excellent understanding of building construction principles and processes.
- Ability to think critically and creatively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
