KYC Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned KYC Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of the compliance department, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team to deliver comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead KYC operations: Align with compliance frameworks, policies, and internal control standards to ensure effective management of Know Your Customer (KYC) operations.
  • Oversee business-as-usual processes: Identify opportunities for global process migration and scalability while ensuring service-level standards are consistently achieved.
  • Provide effective people management: Coach, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure they meet service-level standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Compliance and senior business leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Client onboarding: Implement enhancements to improve the client experience while supervising client onboarding processes.
  • MIS reporting: Deliver timely and accurate Management Information System reports for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Compliance expertise: In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Project management skills: Ability to oversee business-as-usual processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
