**Job Title:** Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Scientist. This is a 2-month fixed term contract with the potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mining, statistical modeling, algorithm development, and simulation design. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes, building and implementing predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems using large, diverse datasets and skilled in translating analytical findings into business impact. They will also have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
