The role of a Business Solutions Expert is to position our digital solutions in high-value sales opportunities that drive transformation at prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct impactful value assessments informed by industry experience and research on the customer, executed with effective active listening and questioning.
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Demonstrate our digital solutions in a way that clearly differentiates us from competitors.
  • Create and present our Industry Value Proposition and tangible solution benefits.
  • Work with Professional Services on deal progression, expectations, statements of work, and transition post-sale.
  • Maintain industry, market, and product knowledge, as well as stay abreast of competitor's products, technology, and offerings.

Deliverables: Create comprehensive value propositions, develop compelling presentation materials, and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
