Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Coimbatore, AIC Raise Business Incubator (Work from office)

Office Timings: 12.30 PM - 9.00 PM IST

Notice: Immediate (preferred) - 60 days

As a skilled project leader, you would collaborate with multiple stakeholders including graphic production team members, quality control specialists, client service managers, and international customers to ensure project excellence and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management knowledge and a willingness to learn about the packaging industry.

Required Skills:

  • Project management: having independent project-handling experience
  • Resource allocation: planning projects and utilizing team capacity effectively
  • Collaboration: working equally with different roles, being self-critical and open-minded to feedback
  • Interpretation: reading between the lines and connecting dots
  • Natural leadership: decision-making, problem-solving, and setting team goals
  • Proactiveness: predicting upcoming challenges and anticipating future needs
  • Packaging Pre-Press knowledge will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects for a brand or group of brands from start to finish
  • Overseeing all project-related actions, including preparation, briefing, communication, planning, monitoring, organization, data management, and workload delegation
  • Responsible for overall team quality, controlling, and execution of assigned tasks
  • Mentoring and guiding the production team, providing inputs and suggestions
  • Sharing ideas to participate in company development
