Senior Production Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the production and development of high-voltage motors and alternators. Key responsibilities include:
- Production planning and execution in accordance with established standards.
- Maintenance of safety protocols, adhering to company EHS guidelines and regulations.
- Quality control, ensuring adherence to manufacturing processes and product quality.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and productivity is expected.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- First-class diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4-5 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, specifically within the motor or alternator industry.
- Ability to read blueprints, operate digital tools, and utilize heavy machinery safely.
A strong understanding of 5S, Kaizen methodologies, and electrical testing principles is also essential.
