Job Description

As a seasoned Formulation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the creation of premium pet nutraceuticals. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with our founder and contribute to the growth and success of our brand as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine effective formulations for canine and feline syrups and supplements
  • Supervise and coordinate batch mixing, filtration, filling, and labeling processes
  • Conduct rigorous quality control tests (pH, viscosity, stability, palatability)
  • Approve raw materials and maintain accurate records of inventory and compliance
  • Ensure seamless alignment with regulatory standards and industry norms, including FSSAI and veterinary supplement guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or Veterinary Science
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in animal nutraceuticals, veterinary syrups, or tonics
  • In-depth knowledge of pet-safe vitamins, minerals, and herbal extracts
