**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cosmetics Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about beauty and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Cosmetics Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our range of cosmetics products.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and assist with product selection
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise before or after sale
- Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email and social media
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

- Minimum undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. BSc, BCom)
- 0-1 year of customer service experience preferred
