Key to our team's success is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach who can drive high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions under the guidance of an experienced leader.

This individual will also be responsible for conducting daily member consultations and contributing to creating a safe, progressive, and motivating training environment for employees participating in corporate wellness and performance programs.

  • Assist and occasionally lead Strength & Conditioning sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and safe training practices.
  • Lead Mobility & Recovery sessions with a focus on corrective exercise.
  • Conduct daily consultations with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
  • Support the implementation of training blocks, including stability, strength, and power phases.

Qualified candidates will possess a recognized Strength & Conditioning certification and a minimum of 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.

Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training, as well as the ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach.
