We seek an experienced Software Engineer - UX Designer in designing web/mobile applications to join our rapidly growing team worldwide.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Break down design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, trends in mobile design.
  • Create graphic design assets like website banners, event/exhibition booth backwall designs, marketing brochures, and corporate branding materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments
  • Deep understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google's material design, and mobile-first concept
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and relevant design tools
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral (banners, booths, brochures, social media assets) in addition to digital product design
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
