Purpose:

Our organization seeks an exceptional Zonal Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives, foster a high-performing team, and drive business growth.

Main Priorities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment management processes, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Lead hiring for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions, focusing on sales teams.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement actionable plans to boost morale and productivity.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with empathy and fairness.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to reduce turnover rates, particularly among sales staff.
  • Design and deliver induction training programs for new hires.
  • Foster talent retention and employee development through targeted initiatives.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities to enhance individual and business performance.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment through open communication, transparency, and recognition.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure labor law compliance across zones, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee timely payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS accuracy to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain organizational integrity.
  • Manage governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution processes effectively.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with employees to address concerns and promote a positive work culture.

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Nurture relationships with function heads and stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all centers to drive organizational success.
