Strategic Project Delivery Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6+ years relevant Program/Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations
  • Effectively utilize current project planning, reporting, and support tools (e.g., project management software)
  • Strong communicator with ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver expected benefits
  • Outcome-oriented with ability to drill down from big picture to process details
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business and/or technical requirements and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user feedback into business requirements
  • Ability to independently multi-task and manage competing projects and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining big picture view to ensure alignment across disciplines and stakeholder groups
  • Ability to identify and support readiness activities needed for successful implementation of initiatives
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving culture requiring adaptability and flexibility in work efforts and behaviors
  • Advanced experience with agile and waterfall project methodology
  • Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle
