Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Mohali

Experience: 1–3 years

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Shift: Night Shift (8 pm - 10 am)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive lead generator to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing qualified leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms. You will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Send personalized connection requests and messages to generate interest
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies
  • Track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools
  • Research target industries, job titles, and companies to generate lead lists
  • Report weekly performance metrics (connection rate, response rate, etc.)
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Strong written communication skills for cold messaging and follow-ups
  • Ability to research, analyze, and segment target audiences
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Waalaxy, PhantomBuster, or Expandi (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for data tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
