Financial Operations Manager - US Accounting

Location: On-site in India, working night shift

Key Highlights:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations for a US-based company
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial aspects of our US operations.

Responsibilities include reviewing and processing weekly timesheets and client invoices, ensuring timely submission of payroll and accounting data, and preparing regular reports in QuickBooks.

Additional responsibilities include managing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting with general ledger entries and month-end close, and supporting the preparation of financial statements in line with US GAAP.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in US accounting or bookkeeping (staffing/consulting preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and QuickBooks proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
