Job Description

As a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and optimize quality outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry-specific regulations (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
