Job Description

Analyzing business requirements is a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with process owners to understand regional and segment-specific needs and develop local fit-gap analyses for the SAP S/4HANA system.

  • You will drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes, including process modeling, towards harmonization and standardization goals. This involves liaising with entity business experts on preparatory work such as data cleansing.
  • Your task is to develop process maps and models that illustrate adapted business processes. You will define and execute Cut-Over strategies with a focus on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Designing and owning test cases, you will conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system. You are also expected to actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects within a region or across segments.

As part of your responsibilities, you will help create training material under the coordination of the training lead and may assist with end-user training if required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes for planning to produce and quality management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4, focusing on PP and QM.
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and business process modeling.
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within international companies and various stakeholders.
  • Conceptual working style with an attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent English language proficiency (German language skills are a plus).
