About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – Tech Strategy to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, ITIL processes, and technology transformation programs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to design, implement, and optimize IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- ITIL & Service Management: Apply ITIL processes including Change Management, Incident Management, Service Cataloguing, Agile methodologies, and IT Governance.
- Enterprise Architecture: Support enterprise architecture initiatives using frameworks like TOGAF, LeanIX, and lead IT modernization/transformation programs.
- IT Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and deliver IT strategies and transformation roadmaps, including target operating model designs.
- Technology M&A Strategy: Conduct Technology Due Diligence for M&A—assessing infrastructure, applications, IT risk, cost, and valuation insights.
- ITFM/TBM Expertise: Implement Technology Business Management (TBM) or IT Financial Management (ITFM) frameworks for service costing, variance analysis, and benchmarking.
- IT Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor optimization, cloud migration, rationalization, and spend analytics.
- Process Re-engineering & Org Design: Redesign processes, optimize workflows, and define organizational structures for enhanced IT delivery.
- Vendor Selection & Onboarding: Manage vendor evaluation, RFP/RFI processes, onboarding, and governance in infrastructure and applications.
- Data Strategy & Emerging Tech: Contribute to data governance, analytics strategy, and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, cloud-native tools) for strategic investments.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and present strategic insights.
- Tools & Documentation: Create professional documentation, process maps, and workflows using MS Office, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
