Role Overview

Accor is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
  • Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote our property's facilities and services.
  • Customized Proposals and Packages: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored proposals and packages.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track performance against targets.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the Novotel brand with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Customer Service: Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
